RESERVATIONS:
You may make reservations up to one year in advance. To secure a booking a non –returnable deposit is payable: we will inform you of the amount at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid by Cheque, postal orders or cash and must reach the Hotel at least five (5) working days before you are due to arrive. Payments at the Hotel are by cash only .The person making the booking is responsible for all costs involved in the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel a booking or part of a booking you will lose your deposit. If you cancel a booking or part of a booking up to seven days prior to arrival payment of the full amount will be charged, Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking will have to pay the full amount of the original booking.
NON-ARRIVAL OF GUESTS:
Should you have booked a room (s) and paid a deposit and fail to arrive at the Hotel we reserve the right to charge you the remainder of the full amount that would have become due should you have arrived and fulfilled your booking.
For non-arrival of guests / cancellation of booking, the balance off payment that is due will be collected by the debit / credit card which was used for the original deposit.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Rooms are available from 2.00pm although earlier maybe possible with our agreement. You are asked to inform the Hotel of your arrival time if possible. Check out on the day of departure is at 10.00 am but luggage may be left in the reception hall if you are staying in Blackpool for the day if agreed in advance. The hall is a public area and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage.
PAYMENT:
Any balance due on the reservation must be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed with us.
HOTEL PROPERTY:
We will charge you the full cost of replacing or repairing any Hotel property you lose or damage however the damage is caused. If you notice any damage or missing items in our room you must inform us immediately, (the cost of replacing or repairing can be charged to your card).
The English law.
This contract shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the sole discretion of the English Courts.
Privacy Policy:
1. Personal information collected from you is used to fulfil your request for services or to send you confirmation details and if necessary to inform you of updates or changes to your travel plans.
2. We ensure the privacy of the information provided to us and at no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.
3. The Glazebrook Hotel does not modify, copy, distribute, license, sell or redistribute any of your personal file information.
4. The Glazebrook Hotel will not seek or hold information about you which is excessive for its purposes and will endeavor to keep any information about you up to date and accurate.
5. The Glazebrook Hotel will delete from its systems all details held about you which are no longer necessary and endeavor to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful use.
In using the The Glazebrook Hotel, you consent to the collection and use of this information in the ways described above. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of confirming booking and at the tariffs. |
