The rooms are always clean and the people are very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. I also found that the location of the hotel was perfect as there was easy access into the town centre.

Upon entering the room was shabby and unclean, there were open plug sockets and the shower wouldnt retain pressure. We were kept awake by other residents and the hotel manager took it as a joke and after a sleep less night the breakfast was undercooked and made me ill. Avoid this hotel at all costs, there are better hotels on the same street. Property Management Reply: Isnt it funny that when a group of people that have stayed with us before cause £100 worth of damage to your hotel premises which was charged to thier credit card and upset other regular guests in the hotel Feel that they have to make detrimental comments which i feel are unjustified By: Russ ( The Lismaine Hotel )
