| we had a most enjoyable stay. both helen and micheal were the perfect hosts. they were both very friendly and warm to all the guests.the hotel is clean and the food is great.we will be returning.thanks |

| I had such a nice time in Blackpool, this hotel is very friendly and the owners make you feel at home, our room was fantastic. The breakfast is very good too, you get plenty to eat. I will definetly go back to this hotel when i go to Blackpool again. |

| I spent a weekend at the Rosebank villa hotel back in May 2005. I have to say that the location of this hotel is excellent (everthing is close by) also the hotel offers very good value for money. And the owners where extremly friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The only negative point about this hotel as far as Im concerneded is the lack of long stay parking close by. |
