| I was recommended the Savoy at Blackpool for the Pigeon Weekend (20th/21st/22nd Jan 2006). Parking was adequate and breakfast was OK, Lift was terrifying, rooms needed painting, furniture replacing, live wires in bathroom, mould wherever you looked, holey curtains, squeaky floorboards, but other than that we had an excellent time in Blackpool ! |

| After looking at the luxury section of hotels in Blackpool a group of 7 couples booked the Savoy. As we were having an adults weekend away without the kids we wanted a bit of luxury. Unfortunatly we booked the Savoy which was far from luxurious. The rooms need a good lick of paint, and the furniture was battered and ripped. We paid £200 for a 2 night stay B&B so this wasn't cheap. |

| compared to reception and dining areas which gave the impression of grandeur the corridors leading to bedrooms and the bedrooms themselves would not go amiss for some decoration. carpets in areas are threadbare and loose wallpaper is coming off and the windows are still covered with last winters storms the toilet in our room was still dirty from the previous people. |

| Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room adequate, shower terrible, wouldn't switch off and shower base was a bit mouldy. Wakened every morning around 6am by what sounded like a jet engine!!! |

| I recently enjoyed a fab week here at the savoy, the staff were friendly and very helpful, rooms were adequate, but overall I had a fabulous holiday. |
