| We stayed here for 1 night in November 2006, we were very impressed with the room, bathroom, cleanliness, pool, bar, breakfast. The staff on the main desk were very friendly too- especially the night porter man! We will definatley come back! Excellent location too. |

| It's a wonderful looking hotel, with a grand ground floor. The restaurant food is excellent and good value. Breakfast is also very good. Staff, in the main, are friendly. However, the hotel lets itself down with the bedrooms. Draughty windows, lots of chipped or grubby paintwork, lack of the little luxuries in the "Deluxe rooms" that make a stay special. But that said we did enjoy our stay. |

| Christmas at The Imperial was wonderful. Clean comfortable rooms, excellent food, entertainment and very good service from pleasant hard-working staff. Full marks! |

| Well what can i say my first impression was " wow what a lovely looking hotel" but when we got to our room i couldn't belive the state of it. Our bed sheets looked and smelt like they had not been washed in a long time, and to top that off our bedroom window was not able to close or open properly. The window had been held open with a 9inc nail and the window had cracks in the corners. 4/10 |
