Roy and Sheila the perfect hosts of this delightful hotel situated in the best part of Blackpool with easy parking on its broad streets. Always on hand with good advice, the hosts make visitors feel most welcome and Sheila's breakfasts are superb. We are frequent visitors and recommend strongly. Fantastic value too!

The room was wonderful and clean and the welcome was second to none. Then came the breakfast !!!!! wow !!! it was good traditional home cooking at its best. I would not hesitate the recommend the Bodins to my friends or family. And I can say without question we will be booking again. Well done Sheila and Roy you made our weekend. Thank you very much

Sheila & Roy are a wonderful couple who make you very welcome. The guest house is perfectly situated, close enough to enjoy Blackpool but far enough away from the noise so a restful nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms is easy. Breakfast is HUGE and DELICIOUS. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Sheila & Roy :-)
