Bookings of more than 1 night require a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking value or less depending on length of stay. Deposits are non refundable. A charge of £1.50 is made for all Debit and Credit card transactions. Family rooms booked on-line are only available for 2 Adults and children under 14yrs. Families with older children wishing to book these rooms will be subject to an additional charge which will be notified on booking, otherwise booking of these rooms for other than families can only be done by arrangement with the management. Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract. If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card authorised number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody. ·Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken. ·Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure. ·The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests, or carry out a breach of the rules and regulations of the establishment as displayed in the rooms and in reception.
