| Just come back from a week at this guest house. Had a fantastic week.Cliff & Irene could not do enough for us during our stay- truely lovely people. Spacious fully equipt room suitable for our 8month old baby. Fantastic breaksfast. Complete blessing that we could access the internet during our stay. My partner was on an intensive driving course whilst there and Cliffe was an oracle of knowledge. |

| Just got back from a night at THE KENDAL,I found it to be very FriendlyWarm,Homely Apmosphere,Very Clean and modern,With a BreakFast that will keep u goin all day,Yummy..Defo goin back,gonna take the kids Next time,haha paula x |

| FANTASTIC place to stay ! best breakfast i have ever tasted and friendliest people i have ever met. in a great location ! room was lovely felt at home and felt safe being in a different town on my own . passed theory thanks to use of laptop there .. will definatly be back ..! thankyou x |

Your Hotel sounds really nice, we live just outside Blackpool and are a driving school, doing residential and intensive courses, so I will keep you in mind if we get anybody who wants a residential course.

| I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel , we were made to feel very welcome on our arrival and the rooms are very clean and comforting AND the breakfast is absolutly beautiful , we will definatly returning to this hotel , big thanks to Irene and Cliff for a lovely stay |
