The hotel lived up to it's reputation as I read off the reviews. Very clean and warm both in temperature and kindness. A wonderful hotel for families and Alan could never do enough for you. A great man. We intend to return soon.

Rooms were very clean and warm. staff were brill, food very fresh. have no faults whatsoever. would highly recommend. the manager Alan Mcphee was one of the nicest people you could meet. always there to help , polite and just a lovley person. if visiting blackpool this is a recommended place to stay.
